The Dancers: Mirage, March 2001

Mirage began belly dancing in June of 1999. After her first lesson she was hooked. 
"This is how I had always moved and belly dancing just brought me into my element. Belly dancing is great exercise and has helped me deal with my fibromyalgia. It has also renewed my confidence, taken away my stage fright, and brought me joy. My favorite moves have to be undulations, camels, and hip-sways. I am always amazed by the beauty of the dance and at how dancing transforms women."

"A cat enters the room; slinky, mysterious,  playful - 
Mirage has entered, and all are mesmerized."
